a day of learning led by the members of Regular Girl Fitness!
Student members will be giving presentations on the following topics:
The "Whys" of Healthy Living
Healthy Eating for a Healthy Mind and Body
Your Physical Fitness
The Power of Positive Self-Talk
Parents and members of the school community can take part in a mini yoga lesson.
Demonstrations of deep breathing exercises will be offered.
Recipes for healthy eating, and samples of healthy baked goods will be provided.
